The cost depends upon the size, age, type and location of the property.

As a guide, a typical 3 bed semi-detached 1980s home in High Wycombe will cost around £50.

Smaller properties cost £40 to £60, our lowest price.

Larger properties cost in the region of £70 to £100.

We are happy to match quotes from other companies, as long as it can be verified in writing, or over the phone and they can provide the EPC in as quick a time scale as we can.

On average, you will save in the region of  10% to 40%compared to Estate agent or HIP provider prices.
